Well , after the expectation of a nice Christmas with the family.... as Ive stated in a previous post we moved my father in law up from the gold coast... he had a soft spot for Hervey Bay and after being diagnosed with Mesothelioma he wanted to spend his what time he had left in the place he loved ....unfortunatly on Xmas eve, after having a bout of chemo a few weeks before he developed a temp and trouble breathing, much to his resistance we had to help him to an ambulance and admit him for care.... we sat buy his bed side 24/7 over Xmas day and boxing day with him fighting all the way but unfortunately he finally said good buy at around 6.15am on the 27th of December..... Barry was loved dearly buy my wife and her sister unfortunately he and there mother separated 15 years ago ... but to her credit she was there for the girls and barry in his time of need... he was happy to see her and forgave her for leaving him, he still loved her after all these years and never moved on... so it was nice for him to tie up loose ends ..... R.I.P Barry Dallinger ...thinking of you always and lest we forget your big smile and the joy you brought your girls..... Thursday, January 13, 2011

Oh Matt, I am so so sory to hear of your sad news. I hope your wife and family are coping as best they can. I know it is better for your father in law to be at peace and not in pain but I know the pain of being left behind. Best wishes and love to you and your family.Take good care of one another.
